So its becoming easier and easier to find "suppose" traditional prints from America/European stores lately. For that I am not complaining but we will leave the other topic that us Africans have been complaining about in regards to our traditional wear going mainstream (Let's save that for another day). Anyways, Ohio is not exactly the easiest or cheapest way to find a seamstress to quickly sew a nice and I mean NICE Ankara last minute. Lucky for me, I snatched this detailed skirt from ASOS about a few months ago and I decided to make this my "traditional" wear. I love the skirt because you can't tell me that its not Ankara, BUT THAT'S JUST TUTU. I wanted to add more drama to it by pairing it with this ASOS skater peplum top which accentuates the skater skirt.

Today is all about the face! As you can probably tell, I love a barely there face with a pop lip, BUT THAT'S JUST TUTU! For this ever so normal day, I wanted to go for the darker yet sweet and subtle feel with this look so I reached for the lipstick I have been loving lately especially with my summer tan! XOXO

This was a simple outfit I planned on wearing to my beaus birthday celebration BUT Zara failed me completely! When I tried them on, it fit perfectly and even looks loose as you can see, but when I decided to have a sit, it TORE like an earthquake in California! I WAS SO PISSED and this is new by the way, as in literally fresh from the mail. Suddenly I understand how it went from 89.99 to 19.99. $20 is a lot of money in my world, BUT THAT'S JUST TUTU.  Thats the end of my sad story. Have a lovely day everyone.
