Slice Onions and hot jamaican peppers into the hot olive oil

Add a dash of Curry powder
Let it cook until the onion shrink and turns brown
Add the egg

Potatoes:
Slice potatoes in small cube sizes
Place potatoes in a pot full of hot water
Turn the stove on to medium heat
Add Salt
(Add sugar if you want a sweet taste)
Let it cook for about 20 minutes

BEWARE ITS HOT!
